The MIC94073YMT-TR is a high-side load switch designed for input voltage ranges from 1.7V to 5.5V, capable of handling a continuous operating current of 1.2A and a pulse current of up to 3A. It features a low on-resistance of 120m,Ѷ (typical), which contributes to efficient power management. The device includes built-in level shifting for control logic, allowing it to be operated with 1.5V logic levels. This switch incorporates a soft-start feature to manage inrush current, and it has a low quiescent current of 2¬µA, with a micro-power shutdown mode consuming less than 1¬µA. The MIC94073YMT-TR also includes an active load discharge circuit, ensuring that capacitive loads do not retain charge when the switch is off.
