The MIC5392-MGYMT-T5 is a dual low-dropout linear regulator designed for portable electronics, featuring two independent 150mA output channels. It operates within an input voltage range of 2.5V to 5.5V and provides high power supply ripple rejection (PSRR) greater than 60dB, which can eliminate the need for a bypass capacitor. The device is housed in a compact 6-pin, 1.2mm vó 1.2mm leadless DFN package, optimizing board space and thermal performance. This regulator offers low quiescent current of 32¬µA per LDO and low dropout voltage of 155mV at 150mA output. It is stable with small ceramic output capacitors starting from 1¬µF, making it suitable for applications in smartphones, tablet PCs, GPS devices, and audio codecs. The MIC5392-MGYMT-T5 also includes thermal shutdown and current limit protection features, enhancing its reliability in various electronic applications.
