The MIC5364-1.2YMT-TR is a linear voltage regulator designed to provide a fixed output voltage of 1.2V with a maximum output current of 300mA. It operates within an input voltage range of 2.5V to 5.5V and features a low dropout voltage of 225mV at full load. The device is characterized by a high power supply rejection ratio (PSRR) of 70dB at 1kHz, ensuring minimal output noise, which is crucial for noise-sensitive applications. This regulator has a low quiescent current of approximately 38¬µA, making it suitable for battery-powered devices.
