The MIC5330-LLYML-TR is a dual ultra low dropout (ULDO,Ñ¢) linear regulator designed for portable electronics, featuring two 300mA outputs in a compact 2mm x 2mm leadless MLF¬Æ package. It operates within an input voltage range of 2.3V to 5.5V and offers an ultra-low dropout voltage of 75mV at 300mA. The device boasts a high power supply ripple rejection (PSRR) greater than 70dB at 1kHz and an ultra-low output noise of 30¬µV RMS, making it suitable for RF and noise-sensitive applications. The MIC5330-LLYML-TR provides excellent load and line transient response, a fast startup time of 30¬µs, and low quiescent current of 75¬µA per output. It includes thermal shutdown and current limit protection features, ensuring reliable operation.
