The MIC5265-2.5YD5 is a linear voltage regulator designed to provide a fixed output voltage of 2.5V with a maximum output current of 150mA. It operates within a supply voltage range of 2.7V to 5.5V, making it suitable for applications powered by single-cell lithium-ion batteries or fixed 3.3V and 5V systems. The device features a low quiescent current of 75¬µA, a low dropout voltage of 210mV at 150mA, and a high power supply rejection ratio (PSRR) of 60dB at 1kHz, which is beneficial for noise-sensitive applications.
