The MIC5264-OGYML-TR is a dual-output linear voltage regulator designed to provide 150mA per channel in a compact 2.5mm x 2.5mm MLF package. It operates within an input voltage range of 2.7V to 5.5V, making it suitable for applications powered by single-cell lithium-ion batteries or fixed 3.3V and 5V systems. The device features low dropout voltage of 210mV at 150mA, low quiescent current of 75¬µA per LDO, and low output noise of 57¬µVrms, which is beneficial for noise-sensitive RF applications. Each output is independently enabled, allowing for flexible power management in distributed power applications. The MIC5264 also includes active shutdown circuitry to discharge the output voltage when disabled, enhancing safety and efficiency. With a high power supply rejection ratio (PSRR) of 60dB at 1kHz, it is well-suited for both RF and digital applications, including cellular phones, PDAs, and GPS receivers. The operating temperature range is from -40¬8C to +125¬8C, ensuring reliability in various environments.
