The MIC5239-2.5BM is a low quiescent current linear voltage regulator designed to provide a fixed output voltage of 2.5V with a maximum output current of 500mA. It operates over a wide input voltage range of 2.3V to 30V and features a low dropout voltage of 350mV at full load. The device has an ultra-low quiescent current of 23¬µA, making it suitable for battery-powered applications and systems requiring keep-alive power. This regulator is stable with both ceramic and tantalum output capacitors, requiring only a 3.3¬µF capacitor for stability. Additional features include a logic-compatible enable input, an output voltage error flag indicator, thermal shutdown, overcurrent protection, reverse-leakage protection, and reverse-battery protection.
