The MIC5236-3.0YM-TR is a low quiescent current, ¬µCap low-dropout regulator designed for applications requiring a stable output voltage of 3.0V with a maximum output current of 150mA. It operates with an input voltage range of 2.3V to 30V and features a low dropout voltage of 300mV at full load. The device is capable of withstanding input transients from -20V to +60V, making it suitable for high-voltage battery applications.
