The MIC49150BMM is a high-bandwidth, low-dropout linear voltage regulator designed to deliver up to 1.5A of output current. It operates with a dual supply configuration, requiring a main input voltage between 1.4V and 6.5V and a bias supply voltage ranging from 3V to 6.5V. The regulator supports fixed output voltages from 0.9V to 1.8V and offers adjustable output down to 0.9V, making it suitable for various low-power microprocessor applications. This device features a maximum dropout voltage of 500mV and is stable with a minimum output capacitance of 1¬µF, particularly with ceramic capacitors.
