The MIC4427ZN is a dual non-inverting low-side MOSFET driver capable of delivering a peak output current of 1.5A. It operates within a supply voltage range of 4.5V to 18V and features low quiescent supply current, drawing only 400 OºA at a logic 0 input and 4 mA at a logic 1 input. The driver is designed to switch capacitive loads of 1000 pF in approximately 25 ns, with matched rise and fall times and a typical delay of less than 40 ns. This device is constructed using a BiCMOS/DMOS process, providing high efficiency and low power consumption. It is latch-up protected against reverse currents exceeding 500 mA and can withstand input voltages as low as -5V.
