The MIC4427YMM is a dual noninverting low-side MOSFET driver in an 8-pin MSOP package, designed to drive capacitive, resistive, or inductive loads with 1.5A peak output current and a 4.5V to 18V supply range. It features a 7Ω output impedance, switches a 1000pF load in 25ns, and has a typical delay of less than 40ns. The device operates from -40°C to +85°C and provides TTL/CMOS-compatible inputs with protection to -5V, matched rise and fall times, and output slew rates within 25mV of the supply rails. It replaces discontinued MIC1427 and MIC427 series devices.
