The MIC4423CWM TR is a dual low-side MOSFET driver capable of delivering a peak output current of 3A. It operates within a supply voltage range of 4.5V to 18V and features a fast switching capability, driving up to 1800 pF of capacitance in just 25 ns. The device is designed with a reliable BiCMOS/DMOS construction that minimizes power dissipation and provides rail-to-rail output voltage swings. It is latch-up protected against reverse currents exceeding 500 mA and can withstand input voltage swings down to -5V. The driver exhibits low output impedance of approximately 3.5Oc and maintains consistent delay times across varying supply voltages.
