The MIC4225YM-TR is a dual low-side MOSFET driver capable of sourcing and sinking up to 4A of peak current, operating within a supply voltage range of 4.5V to 18V. It features fast switching times with rise and fall times of 15ns for a 2000pF load, and has a propagation delay of 25ns for rising and 35ns for falling inputs. The device includes active-high enable inputs with internal pull-ups, making it compatible with both TTL and CMOS logic levels. It is designed to withstand input protection against ground bounce and can handle reverse currents exceeding 500mA. The MIC4225YM-TR is available in two package options: 8-pin SOIC and thermally enhanced ePAD MSOP, both supporting an operating temperature range from -40¬8C to +125¬8C. This driver is suitable for applications such as switch mode power supplies, motor drivers, and synchronous rectifiers.
