The MIC38HC45-1YN is a fixed frequency current-mode PWM controller designed for high efficiency in DC-DC switching applications. The device has a low startup current of 50¬µA and a typical operating current of 4mA, making it suitable for power-sensitive applications. It supports a maximum operating voltage of 20V and includes undervoltage lockout (UVLO) circuitry, allowing it to start at 8.4V and operate down to 7.6V.
