The MIC2810-1J6JYML-TR is a power management integrated circuit (PMIC) that features a 2 MHz DC/DC converter capable of delivering up to 600 mA of output current, along with two low-dropout regulators (LDOs) each providing 300 mA. It operates within an input voltage range of 2.7V to 5.5V for the DC/DC converter and 1.65V to 5.5V for the LDOs, with adjustable output voltages down to 0.8V. The device includes a power-on reset (POR) function with adjustable delay, thermal shutdown protection, and current-limit protection. The MIC2810 is designed for low-power applications, featuring a LOWQ mode that reduces total quiescent current to 30 µA while maintaining low output noise of 53 µV RMS, making it suitable for sensitive RF applications.
