The MIC2545A-1YM is an integrated high-side power switch designed for low-loss DC power switching and power management applications. It operates with an input voltage range of 2.7V to 5.5V and features an adjustable current limit of up to 3A. The device has a typical on-state supply current of 90¬µA and an off-state supply current of 1¬µA, with a maximum on-resistance of 50m,Ѷ. This power switch includes essential features such as reverse current flow blocking, thermal shutdown protection, and a soft-start circuit to minimize inrush current during activation.
