The MIC24052YJL-TR is a high-efficiency synchronous DC/DC buck regulator designed for applications requiring adjustable output voltage and high output current. It operates within an input voltage range of 4.5V to 19V and can deliver up to 6A of output current. The output voltage is adjustable from 0.8V to 5.5V, with a feedback accuracy of ¬±1%. This regulator features HyperLight Load¬Æ efficiency, achieving up to 80% efficiency at light loads and up to 95% under heavier loads. It operates at a constant switching frequency of 600 kHz and is stable with any capacitor type, accommodating a wide range of equivalent series resistance (ESR). Protection features include foldback current limit, thermal shutdown, and undervoltage lockout, ensuring safe operation under fault conditions.
