The MIC23150-CYMT-TR is a synchronous buck regulator designed for high efficiency and compact applications. It operates at a switching frequency of 4MHz and can deliver up to 2A output current with a peak efficiency of 93%. The device features HyperLight Load mode, which enhances efficiency at light loads and provides fast transient response, making it suitable for powering processor core voltages. With a low quiescent current of 23¬µA and a shutdown current of just 0.01¬µA, the MIC23150 is optimized for battery-powered devices. It supports an input voltage range of 2.7V to 5.5V and can achieve low output voltage ripple, with 14mVpp in HyperLight Load mode and 5mV in full PWM mode. The regulator is housed in a compact 8-pin 2mm vó 2mm Thin DFN package, which minimizes board space requirements. Operating over a junction temperature range of -40¬8C to +125¬8C, the MIC23150 also includes thermal shutdown and current limit protection features.
