The MIC2290BML-TR is a 0.75A boost switching regulator designed for efficient voltage regulation in compact applications. It operates with an input voltage range of 2.5V to 10V and can provide an adjustable output voltage up to 34V. The device features an internal Schottky diode, which minimizes the required board space and reduces overall solution costs. It employs a 1.2MHz PWM control scheme, allowing for smaller external components and lower switching noise. This regulator is stable with ceramic capacitors and offers excellent line and load regulation of less than 1%. It has a low output voltage ripple and a shutdown current of less than 1 ¬µA, making it suitable for battery-powered applications.
