The MIC2219-PSBML TR is a dual low dropout (LDO) voltage regulator designed for battery-operated applications. It features two outputs, with the first capable of sourcing 150mA and the second sourcing up to 300mA. The device operates within an input voltage range of 2.25V to 5.5V and provides a low dropout voltage of 80mV at 100mA, ensuring efficient performance. With an ultra-low quiescent current of 48¬µA total, the MIC2219 is optimized for low power consumption. It includes TTL logic compatible enable pins for individual control of each output, allowing for a zero-off-mode current state when disabled. The feedback nodes are externally accessible, enabling dynamic adjustment of output voltages. The regulator is stable with small ceramic output capacitors, which reduces board space and component costs. It is housed in a compact 10-pin 3mm vó 3mm MLF,Ñ¢ package, making it suitable for applications such as cellular phones, wireless modems, and PDAs. The device also includes thermal shutdown and current limit protection features for enhanced reliability.
