The MIC2212-PSBML TR is a dual low dropout (LDO) voltage regulator designed for efficient power management in battery-operated applications. It features two outputs, with the first capable of sourcing 150mA and the second sourcing up to 300mA, both with a low dropout voltage of 80mV at 100mA. The device operates within an input voltage range of 2.25V to 5.5V and offers high output accuracy of ¬±1.0% initially and ¬±2.0% over temperature. The MIC2212 includes a power-on reset (POR) function that monitors the output voltage of the second regulator, providing an active low signal when the voltage is within 5% of its nominal value. The POR delay can be adjusted using an external capacitor. With a total quiescent current of only 48¬µA, the MIC2212 is optimized for low power consumption. It is packaged in a compact 10-pin 3mm x 3mm MLF,Ñ¢ leadless package, making it suitable for space-constrained designs. This regulator is ideal for applications such as cellular phones, wireless modems, and PDAs.
