Microchip Technology, Inc. 23 µA, 300 kHz Zero-Drift Op Amps MCP6v32

Description
The MCP6V3x family of operational amplifiers provides input offset voltage correction for very low offset and offset drift. These are low power devices, with a gain bandwidth product of 300 kHz. They are unity gain stable, have no 1/f noise, and provide superior CMRR and PSRR performance. These products operate with a single supply voltage as low as 1.8V with a maximum quiescent current of only 34 uA. AEC-Q100 Grade 1 qualification is available for this device. Additional Features Zero Drift architecture Maximum offset of only 8 uV Maximum offset drift of 50 nV/C No 1/f noise Low Power operation Small 2x3 TDFN and MSOP packaging AEC-Q100 Grade 1
