Microchip Technology, Inc. 2.3V to 5.5V Micropower Bi-CMOS Op Amps MCP619

Description
The MCP619 quad operational amplifier (op amp) has a gain bandwidth product of 190 kHz with a low typical operating current of 19 µA and an offset voltage that is less than 150 µV. The MCP619 uses Microchip's advanced CMOS technology, which provides low bias current, high-speed operation, high open-loop gain, and rail-to-rail output swing. The MCP619 operates with a single supply voltage that can be as low as 2.3 V, while drawing less than 25 µA of quiescent current per amplifier. The MCP619 is available in standard 14-lead PDIP, SOIC, and TSSOP packages. This amplifier is ideal for battery and loop-powered applications as well as industrial processcontrol, low-power battery-operated devices, portable equipment, data acquisition equipment, test equipment, and low-end audio applications Additional Features Trimmed for Low Offset Voltage 190kHz Gain Bandwidth Product Unity gain stable Rail-to-Rail Output Specified over the Industrial Temperature Range
