The MCP37221-200E/TE is a 14-bit, low-power analog-to-digital converter (ADC) capable of sampling at 200 Msps. It features an 8-channel multiplexer, allowing for multiple differential input channels. The device supports a selectable full-scale input range of up to 2.975 Vp-p and has a typical signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) of 74.7 dBFS at 200 Msps. Power dissipation is approximately 436 mW when using CMOS digital I/O and 490 mW with LVDS digital I/O. The ADC includes built-in digital signal post-processing options such as decimation filters, gain and offset adjustments, and supports auto synchronization for multi-device setups.
