The MCP3301-CI/MS is a 13-bit analog-to-digital converter (ADC) designed for low power consumption and full differential input. It operates on a single supply voltage ranging from 4.5V to 5.5V and supports a maximum sampling rate of 100 ksps. The device features a typical standby current of 50 nA and a maximum active current of 450 ¬µA at 5V.
