The MCP14A0454-E/SN is a dual non-inverting MOSFET driver capable of delivering a peak output current of 4.5A. It operates within a supply voltage range of 4.5V to 18V, making it suitable for various applications. The device features low shoot-through current, matched rise and fall times, and short propagation delays of 19ns, which enhance its performance in high-frequency switching applications.
