The MCP1401T-E/OTVAO is a high-speed power MOSFET driver designed to deliver a peak output current of 500 mA. It operates within a supply voltage range of 4.5V to 18V and is capable of driving capacitive loads of up to 470 pF in approximately 19 ns, making it suitable for high-frequency switching applications. The device features low shoot-through and cross-conduction currents, matched rise and fall times, and short delay times of around 35 ns, which enhance its performance in various applications. This driver is compatible with TTL and CMOS logic levels, allowing for direct control from a wide range of input voltages. It exhibits low supply current consumption, with typical values of 0.85 mA when receiving a logic '1' input and 0.1 mA for a logic '0' input.
