Microchip Technology, Inc. 32ch high voltage analog switch with +5V bias HV2916

Description
The HV2916 is a low harmonic distortion, low charge injection, 32X1:1 high-voltage analog switch with only a +5V bias supply. All the switch channels can pass up to ±100V high-voltage pulsed signals however not a DC. They are intended for use in applications requiring high-voltage switching by low voltage controls, such as ultrasound imaging, piezoelectric transducer drivers and printers. The HV2916 has a 2.9A peak-current performance in a 121-lead, 10 mm x 10 mm TFBGA package. The ON/OFF state of the 32 switches can be programmed individually through a digital serial interface. The device has a typical 6Ω ON resistance and a 50 MHz bandwidth for small signals. The HV2916 is pin-to-pin compatible to microchip previously released device, HV2070, except for bias pins. The HV2916 has one bleed resistor at one of switch pins. For further information, please contact Microchip sales office. Additional Features 32-Channel High-Voltage Analog Switch with Single +5V Bias Supply Single-Pole, Single-Throw (SPST) Individual Switching +/-100V Passing Signal 3.3V and 5V CMOS Input Logic Levels 66MHz Data Shift Clock Frequency Low-Parasitic Capacitance Low-Harmonic Distortion DC-50MHz Analog Small-Signal Frequency Excellent Noise Immunity -70dB Typical Off Isolation at 5MHz Cascadable Serial Data Register with Latches Integrated Bleed Resistor on the SWT pin
