The MCP1727 is a 1.5A, ceramic output cap stable, low output voltage Low Dropout Regulator (LDO) with shutdown and user-programmable delay for power good function. It is the ONLY 1.5A LDO on the market that incorporates shutdown, power good, and programmable power good delay features on a single device. Additional Features Up to 1.5A output load current Low dropout voltage: 330 mV typical at 1.5A Output voltage from 0.8V to 5.0V, both fixed and adjustable Stable with 1.0 µF ceramic output capacitor Power good output with adjustable delay Low supply current: 140 µA (typ) Low shutdown current: 0.1 µA (typ) DFN-8 3x3 and SOIC-8 Pb-free packages
