The AVR32SD28T-I/SS is a 32-bit microcontroller in the AVR SD family featuring a dual-core lockstep CPU running up to 20 MHz, 32 KB of Flash with ECC, 4 KB of SRAM with ECC, and 256 bytes of EEPROM with ECC. It is housed in a 28-pin SSOP package and supports a supply voltage range of 2.7 V to 5.5 V.
