The ATXMEGA16A4-CU is a high-performance, low-power 8/16-bit microcontroller from Quarktwin Technology Ltd. It features 16 KB of in-system self-programmable Flash memory, 4 KB of EEPROM, and 2 KB of SRAM. The device operates at a voltage range of 1.6 to 3.6V and supports clock speeds up to 32 MHz. This microcontroller includes a variety of peripheral features such as a four-channel DMA controller, five USARTs, two Two-Wire Interfaces, and two SPIs.
