The AT94K05AL-25AQC is a monolithic Field Programmable System Level Integrated Circuit (FPSLIC) that combines an AT40K SRAM-based FPGA with an embedded high-performance AVR 8-bit RISC microcontroller. It features 5,000 gates and supports a maximum operating frequency of 25 MHz. The device includes up to 36 Kbytes of dynamically allocated instruction and data SRAM, with 2 to 18.4 Kbits of distributed single/dual port user SRAM. The FPGA core is designed for low static and dynamic power consumption, making it suitable for portable applications. It supports dynamically reconfigurable in-system capabilities and includes a high-performance hardware multiplier optimized for DSP applications. The device also features a JTAG interface for on-chip debugging and extensive peripheral support, including two programmable UARTs, multiple timer/counter configurations, and a 2-wire serial interface.
