The AT83C5136-PNTUL is an 8-bit microcontroller featuring an 80C52X2 core capable of operating at a maximum frequency of 48 MHz in X1 mode and 24 MHz in X2 mode. It includes 32 KB of on-chip ROM, 256 bytes of scratchpad RAM, and 1024 bytes of expanded RAM. The microcontroller supports a full-duplex enhanced UART, three 16-bit timer/counters, and a programmable hardware watchdog timer. This device is equipped with a USB 2.0 full-speed compliant module, which includes multiple programmable endpoints and supports various transfer types.
