Very low power CMOS static RAM organized as 512K by 8 bits for applications in aerospace electronics, portable instruments, or embarked systems.Utilizing an array of six transistors (6T) memory cells, it combines an extremely low standby supply current with a fast access time of 15ns or better over the full military temperature range. The high stability of the 6T cell provides excellent protection against soft errors due to noise.It comes in 3.3V and 3.3V, 5-V tolerant versions.
