The new confocal chromatic optoNCDT 2403 measurement sensor combines the benefits of two successful confocal design concepts. With an external diameter of 8mm, this sensor is as compact as the optoNCDT 2402 miniature sensor series. However, due to its larger digital aperture, it can receive significantly more reflected light than the smaller 4mm diameter version.
