UMD9N is a dual digital transistor package containing independent NPN and PNP transistors in a SOT-363 surface-mount package measuring 2.00 to 2.45 mm in length, 1.15 to 1.35 mm in width, and 1.80 to 2.20 mm in height. It supports a maximum supply voltage of ±50 V, output current of ±100 mA, and power dissipation of 150 mW. The junction and storage temperature range is -55°C to 150°C. The device is RoHS compliant, halogen-free, epoxy meets UL 94 V-0, and has moisture sensitivity level 1. Input resistance is 7 to 13 kΩ, with a resistance ratio of R2/R1 between 3.7 and 5.7. Transition frequency is 250 MHz. Both transistors feature matched DC current gain of 68 at ±5 V and ±5 mA.
