Micro Commercial Components Corp. Single FETs, MOSFETs SIL2612-TP

The SIL2612 is an N-channel MOSFET in a SOT23-6L package, designed for general-purpose switching applications. It has a drain-source voltage rating of 200 V and a continuous drain current of 1 A at 25°C, reducing to 0.6 A at 100°C. The device features a low on-resistance of up to 600 mΩ at a gate-source voltage of 10 V and 1 A drain current. Thermal resistance is 90°C/W junction to ambient, measured on a 1 in² FR-4 board with 2 oz copper. The gate threshold voltage ranges from 1.3 V to 2.5 V. The package meets UL 94 V-0 flammability rating, is halogen-free and RoHS compliant, and operates from -55°C to +150°C. The part is supplied in tape-and-reel packaging with 3,000 pieces per reel.
