The MSJB06N80A is an N-channel super-junction MOSFET designed for high-voltage switching applications. It is packaged in a D2-PAK with dimensions of 14.60 to 15.87 mm in length, 9.60 to 10.60 mm in width, and 4.20 to 4.80 mm in height. The device has an 800 V drain-source voltage rating, a continuous drain current of 6 A at 25°C and 3.8 A at 100°C, and a maximum power dissipation of 125 W. It features a wide junction temperature range of -55°C to +150°C, a thermal resistance of 40°C/W junction to ambient, and 1°C/W junction to case. The MOSFET is RoHS compliant, halogen-free, meets UL 94 V-0 flammability rating, and is ESD protected up to 2 kV (HBM).
