MITF35R12P2STL-BP is a 1200V, 35A IGBT module in a P2S package designed for motor drivers, servo drives, and UPS systems. It features a low-inductance case, isolated heatsink with DBC technology, and an integrated fast and soft recovery anti-parallel diode. The module has a maximum junction temperature of 175°C, a total power dissipation of 230 W, and meets UL 94 V-0 flammability and RoHS standards.
