MIP75R12E1AML-BP is an IGBT module designed for motor drivers, AC and DC servo drives, and UPS systems. It features a 1200 V collector-emitter voltage rating and a continuous collector current of 75 A at 100℃ junction temperature. The device includes fast and soft recovery anti-parallel diodes, offers a short circuit capability of 8 µs, and has a maximum junction temperature of 175℃.
