The MIP40R12E1TN is an IGBT module comprising an inverter and brake chopper configuration with integrated fast and soft recovery anti-parallel diodes, designed for motor drivers, servo drives, and UPS systems. It features a 1200 V collector-emitter voltage rating, 40 A continuous collector current, and a maximum junction temperature of 175°C.
