The MCU45P04A-TP is a P-channel MOSFET in a DPAK (TO-252) package, designed for switching applications requiring high efficiency and thermal performance. It is rated for a drain-source voltage of -40 V and a continuous drain current of -45 A at 25°C, reducing to -28 A at 100°C. The device features a typical on-resistance of 20 mΩ at -4.5 V gate drive and a total gate charge of 57 nC, with a junction-to-case thermal resistance of 1.7°C/W and junction-to-ambient of 50°C/W. Operating junction temperature ranges from -55°C to +150°C. The epoxy encapsulation meets UL 94 V-0 flammability rating, and the part is RoHS compliant and halogen-free. It is qualified for automotive use per AEC-Q200.
