MCU450N80SHK-TP is an N-channel MOSFET using Super-Junction technology for high-voltage applications, housed in a DPAK (TO-252) package with dimensions of 9.80 to 10.40 mm in length and 6.00 to 6.20 mm in width. It has a drain-source voltage rating of 800 V, a continuous drain current of 7.5 A at 100°C, and a total power dissipation of 166 W. The device features a junction-to-case thermal resistance of 0.75°C/W and a single-pulse avalanche energy of 2.7 mJ. It is RoHS compliant, halogen-free, meets UL 94 V-0 flammability rating, and operates within a junction temperature range of -55°C to +150°C.
