The MCU20P03-TP is a P-channel MOSFET with a drain-source voltage rating of -30 V and a continuous drain current of -20 A at 25°C, decreasing to -12.6 A at 100°C. It is packaged in a surface-mount style with dimensions of 6.50-6.70 mm in length and 9.80-10.40 mm in width, and features a thermal resistance from junction to case of 3.9°C/W. The device operates from -55°C to +150°C and meets UL 94 V-0 flammability ratings and RoHS compliance. It includes a reverse recovery time of 19 ns and a total gate charge of 25.6 nC. The part is supplied in tape and reel packaging with 2,500 units per reel.
