MCU15P10YHE3-TP is a P-channel MOSFET for automotive applications, housed in a DPAK (TO-252) package with dimensions of 6.00-6.20 mm in height, 9.80-10.40 mm in length, and 2.18-2.39 mm in width. It has a drain-source voltage rating of -100 V and a continuous drain current of -15 A at 25°C, reducing to -9.5 A at 100°C. The device features split gate trench technology, a gate-source threshold voltage range of -2 to -4 V, and an on-resistance of 90-120 mΩ at -10 V gate voltage. Maximum power dissipation is 50 W with a junction-to-case thermal resistance of 2.5°C/W. It is AEC-Q101 qualified, RoHS compliant, halogen-free, and meets UL 94 V-0 flammability rating with an operating junction temperature range of -55°C to +150°C.
