The device features trench MOSFET technology, RoHS compliance, and a thermal resistance of 87 °C/W. Maximum power dissipation is 1.4 W, with a junction temperature range of -55 °C to +150 °C. The SOP-8 package measures 6.50 mm in length and 4.61 mm in width, with a recommended solder pad layout of 1.50 mm and 0.80 mm spacings.
