The MCP130N10YB is a 100 V N-channel MOSFET in a TO-220AB package, designed for high-current switching applications. It has a continuous drain current of 130 A at 25°C and 82 A at 100°C, with a maximum power dissipation of 250 W. The device features a low on-resistance of 4 to 6.5 mΩ at V₌₋=10 V and I₍=65 A, and a junction-to-case thermal resistance of 0.5°C/W. The package dimensions are 15.10 to 16.10 mm in length, 9.70 to 10.30 mm in width, and 6.25 to 6.85 mm in height. It operates from -55°C to +150°C, meets UL 94 V-0 flammability rating, is halogen-free, and is RoHS compliant. The device is qualified for automotive use per AEC-Q200.
