The MCD5K0N90SH is a silicon N-channel power MOSFET designed for high-voltage switching applications, housed in an SOT-223-2L package measuring 6.30 to 6.90 mm in length, 3.30 to 3.80 mm in width, and 6.70 to 7.30 mm in body height. It has a drain-source voltage rating of 900 V, a continuous drain current of 0.63 A at 100°C case temperature, and a total power dissipation of 10.8 W at 25°C. The device features a maximum junction-to-ambient thermal resistance of 75°C/W and a gate threshold voltage range of 2.0 to 4.0 V. The drain-source on-resistance is 4.6 to 5.52 Ω at 10 V gate bias. It is halogen-free, RoHS compliant, meets UL 94 V-0 flammability rating, and operates from -55°C to +150°C. The packaging is tape and reel with 2.5K pcs per reel.
