MCACL280N03Y-TP is an N-channel MOSFET using Split Gate Trench technology, designed for high-efficiency switching applications. It is packaged in a DFN5060 case measuring 6.35 mm x 5.64 mm with a thermal resistance of 1°C/W junction to case and 50°C/W junction to ambient. The device has a 30 V drain-source voltage rating, continuous drain current of 280 A at 25°C, and single pulse avalanche energy of 610 mJ. Operating junction and storage temperatures range from -55°C to +175°C. The part is RoHS compliant, halogen-free, and meets UL 94 V-0 flammability rating.
