MCACL220N06Y is an N-channel MOSFET using Split Gate Trench technology, designed for high-current switching applications. It is packaged in a DFN5060-C case measuring 5.15-5.55 mm by 5.95-6.15 mm, with a maximum drain-source voltage of 60 V and continuous drain current of 220 A at 25°C. The device has a typical on-resistance of 1.6 mΩ at 10 V gate voltage, supports a pulsed drain current of 800 A, and dissipates up to 147 W. Thermal resistance is 0.85°C/W junction to case and 50°C/W junction to ambient on a 1 in² FR-4 board. It operates from -55°C to +150°C, features a UL 94 V-0 epoxy, is halogen-free, and RoHS compliant. The part meets AEC-Q200 standards and includes a body diode with 143 nC reverse recovery charge.
